ISLAMABAD – The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has announced June 30, 2025, as the final deadline for completing its ongoing Dynamic Survey. All current beneficiaries must undergo the verification process by this date to continue receiving quarterly financial assistance under the Benazir Kafalat program.
The survey is part of the government’s efforts to ensure that public funds are disbursed only to eligible and deserving families. According to BISP officials, failure to complete the survey will result in suspension of payments and may lead to removal from the program for up to three years.
Why the Survey Matters
The Dynamic Survey is a reassessment tool introduced to verify the socioeconomic status of enrolled families. It updates the beneficiary database to reflect changes in income, household composition, or other eligibility factors.
“Completing the Dynamic Survey is mandatory for all beneficiaries. It helps us verify that support is reaching the most vulnerable populations,” a BISP spokesperson said.
The quarterly installment of Rs. 13,500 is conditional upon successful completion of this survey. Delays or failure to participate may result in immediate disqualification, officials warned.

Who Needs to Participate?
BISP requires all individuals currently receiving benefits—especially those enrolled before 2019—to revalidate their information. This includes:
- Families with expired data or outdated poverty scores
- Individuals who have recently undergone changes in household income or structure
- Newly recommended cases under the Ehsaas and Kafalat programs
Those who joined the program after mid-2023 and have already participated in the Dynamic Registry may not need to repeat the process unless informed otherwise by BISP through SMS from 8171.
Steps to Complete the Survey
To complete the survey, beneficiaries must visit their nearest BISP Tehsil Office with the following:
- Original CNIC of the head of household
- CNICs or B-Forms of all family members
- Registered mobile phone number
- Disability certificates (if applicable)
The process includes registration, data verification, and a brief interview regarding household expenses, employment, and living conditions. Once completed, participants receive a receipt confirming their participation.
Consequences of Missing the Deadline
If a beneficiary fails to complete the Dynamic Survey by the June 30, 2025 deadline:
- Their payments will be stopped immediately
- They may be disqualified from the program for up to three years
- They will lose access to any additional assistance linked to BISP databases
Officials have urged all beneficiaries to act promptly. “We are committed to transparency and fairness. To ensure continued support, all beneficiaries must participate in the Dynamic Survey,” the spokesperson reiterated.
How to Check Status
After completing the survey, participants can check their eligibility and payment status by sending their CNIC number to 8171 or by visiting the official web portal at 8171.pass.gov.pk.
Final Reminder
BISP encourages all recipients to complete the survey well before the deadline to avoid long queues and delays. The government has assured that additional resources are being deployed at Tehsil-level centers to accommodate the increased turnout expected closer to the deadline.
